As a Broker, you will play a vital role in providing clients with personalised financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
You would:
- Conduct financial needs analyses and identify suitable financial products for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Non-negotiable:
- Own Transport and a valid Driver’s license
- Completed Matric with Minimum 50% Math
- Based in Johannesburg
- Black South African Citizens (Colored, Indian & African); preference will be given to African Females
- Unemployed Graduates and/or Interns between the ages of 18 – 34
Advantageous:
- Relevant financial services qualification (RE5 according to DOFA date) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
