Main responsibility
Each year, Allan Gray aims to recruit and invest in academic achievers who are motivated and enthusiastic about joining the firm.
They recruit recent graduates into a permanent position as an Investment Service Consultant. After orientation, the graduates are taken through the Allan Gray academy, a functional training environment, taking their first steps towards achieving their long-term ambitions.
Allan Gray has multiple channels for servicing clients and executing their transactions. The Consultant is the primary touch point for existing and potential clients and is at the forefront of the way in which a client experiences our firm.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree (BCom, BSc, BBusSci, BEng) – specialization includes (but not limited to) Finance,
Economics, Investments, Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics.
