ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will be providing secretarial and administration support to the Legal & Security department whilst ensuring administrative and clerical duties are efficient and effectively performed for the smooth running of the departments.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Around 3 years secretarial and/or administrative assistant experience in a medium to large concern
  • Experience of reporting to a Senior Manager and/or working with senior management teams
  • Fully bilingual, excellent English written and verbal communication
  • High degree of PC literacy and proficiency in personal productivity tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes and SAP)
  • Excellent telephone manner with an overall pleasant disposition

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Methodical attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Digital Marketing Manager

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for owning the digital activation strategy development and deployment process, through use of owned D2C and third-party e-commerce platforms, digital media and performance marketing strategies whilst utilizing first party data and analytics.

Lead the search engine optimization, social, paid and CRM strategy to increase acquisition, conversion and retention whilst monitoring active trends and campaigns to deliver an effective and efficient execution of 360° consumer touchpoints (online & offline) achieving brand communication and engagement objectives on time, and in full (OTIF) across Sub-Saharan Africa

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
  • Ideally minimum 7 years of experience in digital strategies and 360° campaign with proven track record of both developing and successfully deploying strategies to meet set goals
  • Strong, hands-on technical competence in digital marketing with requisite certifications
  • Have strong analytical approach.

  • Able to understand consumer and customer data sets and generate insights to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and work efficiently through relationships, persuasion, and influence
