Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will be responsible of compilation of market and price reports, support the organization with analysis and distribution of raw data.
This positions is a 12 month contract and falls part of the YES 4 Youth Program and is applicable to unemployed youth.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Support in market analyses and business environment in current and new technologies
•Support in customer data file maintenance and analyses for Sales force implementation
•Support with dealer customer analysis
•Support Sales and aftersales in business scenarios to improve the use of Salesforce actively
Minimum qualifications
•Degree/Diploma in Statistics/ Mathematics/Economics
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
•Analytical skills and knowledge in pivot tables and excel formulas e.g. VLOOKUP, …
•Affinity in customer contact.

Transport Logistics Controller x2 posts
Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. Controlling of Transport Material flows towards UD Plant, Pretoria South Africa. Main backup for Transport Products export distribution for UD South Africa.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive shipping documents from packing platforms for Transport Material (KD Kits, PDC) and Transport Products (CBUs)
- Expedite PDC LCL sea-freight shipments from India
- Compile Clearing Instructions and send them to the clearing agents
- Coordinate the airfreight movements for UCRs and extra orders.
- Updating of arrival dates on operational controlling files
Minimum qualifications
- Working knowledge of the relevant regulations.
- Working knowledge of all related operational processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the organisations systems, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and awareness of any new developments within operations.
- Ability to operate IT/Software used within the organisation.
- Abilities to set objectives.
- Reporting skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Business acumen.
- Grade 12
- Clearing & Forwarding Certification
