Job Purpose:
Performing administrative and general office support functions associated with the organisation of preparatory requirements related to tenders, submission of information to support the evaluation and adjudication of tenders and, attending to the updating and maintenance of records and registers, completion and submission of procedural documentation for processing, and provision of secretarial/reception services.

Qualifications and experience required:

Fire Safety Officer
Job Purpose:
Creating awareness and enforcing compliance with Fire Safety legislation and providing advice on preventative measures to the public.

Qualifications and experience required:

- Registered as a Peace Officer.
- Valid Code EC driver’s licence with PrPD (Professional Driving Permit).

Asset Controller
Job Purpose:
Conducting yearly physical stock-take to validate the accuracy and existence of movable assets on the groundworks within all Directorates to ensure the protection and the accuracy of inventory lists.
Creating and monitoring a system of controls, procedures and forms or recording of movable assets, recommending to management any update of accounting policies related to fixed assets.

Job Purpose:
Performing tasks and activities associated with Drainage Inspection Services through the application of laid-down procedures with respect to the monitoring, quality-checking and correcting of drainage usage and installation, conducting inspections of drainage systems in order to ensure optimum drainage quality levels are maintained.
