DHL is looking for a top-notch HR Operations Administrator: Projects (FTC) to provide outstanding customer service to its business leaders at distributions centers and regional offices across the country.

Qualification

  • Matric qualification (Essential)
  • Tertiary qualification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 Years+ admin experience (Preferred)
  • Logistics Industry experience (Essential)

Duties and Responsibilities

• You’ll partner to proactively identify and solve problems • You will work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy

• You’ll provide administration support to all HR Operations work streams • You will run and support the roll out of HR Programs (i.e. EOS, GPTW, HRQS etc)

• You will provide administration support to HR Projects (i.e. myHR, SmartTime etc) • You’ll be responsible for data consolidation and reporting (i.e. Crest, Logics etc)

• You will be required to drive employee engagement programs and initiatives at all sites • You’ll deliver results • You’ll love it
