The Dealer Support Consultant is required to assist the dealer network and current customer base (internal and external customers).
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
- Banking Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service and/or Dealer related positions
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail finance environment
- Knowledge of FICA, NCA, POPIA, FAIS, CPA, TCF
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Sound interpersonal skills

Technician
In addition to specific tasks as directed by management the Senior Artisan, primary responsibility is to:
Perform root cause analysis of complex problems on vehicles, and having identified the root cause, to perform the necessary repairs to vehicles in accordance with the procedures of the area.
Qualifications and experience
- N6 qualification in Auto Electrician or Motor Mechanic.
- Trade test in Auto Electrician or Motor Mechanic.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Rework Artisan.
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of ISTA Software.
- Experience working on E/E Web information guide.
Specialist : Buyer Indirect Purchasing
Job Purpose
The position Indirect Purchasing buyer is responsible for sourcing of goods and services in BMW Group South Africa.
The role entails ensuring active competition and compliant tenders, Securing favourable quality and financial terms in the engagement with external suppliers.
Qualification
- BSc / B Eng (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent), BCom Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Engineering (or) Marketing (or) Commercial project environment preferably in the automotive industry.Working experience in SAP will be preferred.
Specialist: Marketing and E
Purpose & Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing and communication plans through marketing research, advertising, promotions, events, incentive programme, marketing collateral and publicity.
Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives whilst identifying market opportunities to increase the presence of BMW Group SF brands and their product offerings in the marketplace.
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Qualification in Marketing.
Working experience required
- 3 – 5 Years experience in a similar role.
Manager: Marketing, Product and Sales Steering
Manager: Marketing, Product and Sales Steering is responsible for directing all aspects of the BMW Group Financial Services marketing and product function in relation to the BMW Group FS’s brands, i.e. BMW, MINI, BMW and ALPHERA Financial Services and its Insurance portfolios.
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 8 – 10 years experience within a similar function in the Financial Services and, preferable with vehicle industry related experience
- 5 years management experience
