Requirements
- Currently completing a Masters degree in educational psychology
- Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Compliance to the Curro code of ethics and the undergoing of a criminal-record and qualifications check
- Previous teaching experience an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, control record and report on assessments.
- Attend meetings, forums and workshops for the grade/phase as required.
- Collaborate closely with the teachers, learners and parents regarding learners social, emotional, behavioural and learning needs.
- Assist in promoting teaching and learning within the class.
- Assist with sports-related activities, contribute to the planning and execution of cultural events, and manage various administrative duties.
- Work in compliance and in conjunction with academic and regulatory body requirements, as applicable.
