HR Administration Officer

We are in search for a dynamic, self starter to provide a Human Resources service to Head Office and the HR Departments at the various operations.
You will need to ensure that the HR Data is up to date by running regular audits and data cleanse projects, together with the HR Team.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management
- Minimum 4-5 yrs experience in the same or similar role
- Understanding of the South African Labour Laws
- Approximately 2-3 yrs exposure to Learning and Development Processes
- Approximately 2-3 yrs dealing with General HR Processes
- Experience in the Mining environment advantageous
HR Administration Officer

Kama COPPER SA is looking for a HR Administration Officer to join the Sandton-based HR team.
Kamoa Copper Mine is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%).
You will have the following:
- 3 year HR Diploma, degree or similar qualification
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role
- Must have Sage 300 People experience
Financial and Commercial Accountant

Ivanhoe Marketing is a newly established commodity marketing, sales and logistics entity within the Ivanhoe Mines Group.
You will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a financial accountant in the mining or natural resources industry.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of mining or commodity trading operations.
Internal Auditor

IVANHOE MINES is looking for a Internal Auditor, Forensic. Ivanhoe Mines Ltd is listed on the Toronto stock exchange and therefore need to comply with Canadian SOX requirements.
The appointed person will work closely with other Internal Auditors in testing the controls identified for SOX compliance purposes.
You will have the following:
- Minimum BCOM accounting degree or BCom internal audit degree (NQF7)
- Forensic qualification: ACFE or ICFP Preferable
- Experience in forensic auditing/ accounting
- 3-5 years forensic auditing/ accounting/ investigations and internal audit experience.
Risk Specialist
- Sandton, Gauteng

The Risk Specialist will be responsible for embedding the Risk Framework throughout the assigned business units.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a three-year NQF level 7 qualification in Internal Audit/Risk management/Accounting or a related field A Post-graduate qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Risk or related field of study
- Finance experience, qualification or background will be an advantage.
