Qualifications
- A Bachelor‘s Degrees or Bachelor of Technology with a major in the relevant study field (see list of available vacancies below).
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studiesÂ
Additional Requirements
- Problem-Solver: Hands-on approach to finding solutions
- Engineering Insight: Good practical understanding of Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Bonus: Vacation or part-time work experience is a plus
- Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to travel between our factories and work different shifts on an ad hoc basis
- Adaptability:Â Ability to adapt quickly and ask questions in a fast-paced factory environment, embrace different approaches and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Production Enthusiast: Willingness to work in a production environment with minimal office workÂ
