Training Officer

Join our team at Khwezela Colliery as the Training Officer in Mining and be responsible for developing, updating, and implementing training plans as well as the development of Unit Standards based training material that complies with appropriate legislation.
As the Training Officer in Mining, you will be responsible for executing training plans, facilitating learning and development interventions and the development of Unit Standards based training material that complies with appropriate legislations.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (NQF 4)
- Relevant Qualification depending on discipline: Mining – Blasting Ticket
- SHE/ (Organisational RMP) Risk Management Process A1 & A2
- Registered as an Assessor and Moderator
- Diploma in OD-ETDP Level 5
- Registered as a Facilitator – advantageous
- B Degree would be advantageous
General Engineering Superintendent

Qualifications
- N3 Technical certificate and recognized Trade Test in (Mechanical: Boilermaker/Fitting) or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
