Administrator – Customer Service
The Dealer Support Consultant is required to assist the dealer network and current customer base (internal and external customers).
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
- Banking Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service and/or Dealer related positions
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail finance environment
- Knowledge of FICA, NCA, POPIA, FAIS, CPA, TCF
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
FAIS and Market Specialist
Purpose of the Job:
Contribute to the overall compliance risk management and governance for BMW Financial Services, specifically in relation to FAIS, Market Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and Internal Controls.
Qualifications:
- LLB/BCOM/Risk Management Degree.
- RE1 and RE5.
- Must meet the requirements to be registered as a FAIS Compliance Officer.
- In-depth understanding of FAIS, Short-Term Insurance Act, Market Conduct, Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) and Internal Audit principles.
Quality Engineer
Specifically for this position were looking for a Quality Engineer Supplier Management in the field of sheet metal parts.
Education:
- BSc Engineering (or equivalent) with more than 5 years experience in a relevant technical environment
- Further education in the field of Quality Management is an advantage
