Job Purpose

AssureCloud is seeking a dynamic and proactive Contact Centre Intern to join our team.

As a Contact Centre Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and play a vital role in our customer support operations.

Requirements

• Matric.
• Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of microbiology, chemistry, or diagnostic testing (advantageous).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support for queries related to microbiology, chemistry, and diagnostic testing services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the sales team in outreach efforts.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our testing services to better assist customers.
• Develop materials such as FAQs and guides to simplify complex technical information.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.

• Assist in analysing these metrics to improve the effectiveness of the sales and customer service processes.
• Work closely with the microbiology, chemistry, and diagnostic teams to stay updated on service offerings.
