Metallurgist

The position will support the Group Processing Engineer. The role is focussed on the completion of project studies from preliminary to detailed engineering designs.
The Metallurgist will interact closely with the geology teams and mine site management on various projects.
The position requires regular travel to laboratories, test work facilities and mine sites with short stays at the mines in order to participate in commissioning and troubleshooting/ optimisation studies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Metallurgy or related degree equivalent at NQF level 7
