Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately input required data onto systems
- Prepare reports as required
- Scrutinize for iantegrity of data, highlight problems to the Site Administrator
- Do data inputs with daily back up
- Participate in required meetings
- Daily Filing of all documents
- Co-ordinate all training bookings
- Keeping all training records up to date
- Accurately complete role administration requirements
- Drive for process improvement
- Ensure continuous improvement takes place.
Skills, Competence and Experience
- Computer skills – MS Office Software
- Interpersonal skills
- Be able to complete reports to required standards
- Effective two way communications skills with team members
- Be presentable to clients in grooming and dress code
- Valid drivers licence.
Educational Qualification
- Gr 12
