PURPOSE:

• To execute transactional activities in alignment with People and Performance (P&P) governance, and related processes and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
•    Programme in Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE: 
2-3 years HR SAP and administrative experience. (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS: 
•    Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
•    Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
•    Competence: SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum 
•    Competence: MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)

Data Scientist

Are you ready to drive tactical and strategic value creation with your data science expertise? We’re on the hunt for a visionary Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at the Integrated Operations Centre.

This is your chance to leverage cutting-edge analytics to transform data into actionable insights that propel our business forward.

This will be a 12 months contract position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science or related discipline (Essential/Minimum or)

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of extensive experience in applied data science, with a focus on practical and commercial analytics in mining or closely related industries.

Data Lead

Are you passionate about data governance and driven by the challenge of optimizing production planning through accurate, timely information?

We’re seeking a dynamic Data Lead to join our forward-thinking team and make a pivotal impact on our data management and decision-making processes!

This will be a 12 months contract position

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    BSc Engineering (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum or)
•    BSc Computer Science (Essential/Minimum or)
•    BEng Engineering (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum or)
•    BEng Computer Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
•    Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE: 
3-5 years Relevant experience within a heavy industry, mining, production environment. Knowledge of development processes.

With proven technical aptitude in one or more application programming domain. Ability to work in Agile and non-Agile environments.
