The Pepkor CA bursary has been developed to attract talented, skilled, mainly young finance professionals.
The bursary students will become part of the Pepkor CA programme after successful completion of their studies.

What does the CA programme entail?
- Trainees will mainly complete rotations with different business units, primarily based in our Parow office in Cape Town
- Exposure to multiple facets of the business
- Opportunity to learn from experts in various areas across the Group
- Rotations across various divisions, including Head Office, Pep, Ackermans, Pepkor Speciality and Pepkor’s financial services divisions
- On-the job training and educational simulations
- Focus areas of financial accounting, management accounting, taxation and internal audit
Who can Apply?
- BCom Accounting, BAcc (CA Stream)
- 2nd to 4th academic year
- Minimum of 65% in all subjects
- SA citizen
Qualifications
Apply if you have or are in the process of completing a BCom Honours degree from an accredited tertiary institution and
- Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy (PGDA) or
- Certification of the Theory of Accounting (CTA)
