Skills and Development Facilitator

VACANCY REFERENCE: REF NO: SDF/08/2024
DESIGNATION: SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST)
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
REPORTING: GENERAL MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCES
SALARY RANGE: R25 422.17 (basic salary excluding benefits)

Primary Function

Responsible for identifying training needs, drawing up Workplace Skills, and submitting Annual Training Reports.

Analyze the skills requirements within Joburg City Theatres and coordinate the execution of the personal development plans of employees and monitor the implementation of the workplace skills plan and report accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in skills development and training.
  • Registered with a relevant SETA – added advantage
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport sectors is an added advantage.

HR Generalist

DESIGNATION: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HR GENERALIST)
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
REPORTING: GENERAL MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCES
SALARY RANGE: R44,693.36 (basic salary excluding benefits)

Primary Function

Play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, remuneration, employee relations, benefits, and compliance, training and development, hr transaction, employment equity and reporting.

Provide coaching, guidance and advice on a range of HR products and services

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS, payroll, performance management tools etc.
