Job Purpose
Provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for security processes and activities to maximize the security of employees, customer shipments and company assets, reduce risk of injuries and job-related threats, and prevent loss and damage in line with business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.
Key Duties and Tasks
- Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support for security processes and activities
- Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members
- Undertake generally repetitive tasks such as data gathering, entering and documentation
- Gather standard and readily available data for security protocols and procedures
- Undertake preparation of routine reports and updates for security and evacuation drills, security surveillance, inspection reports, documentation related to dangerous goods, etc.
- Enter and share routine information regarding workplace injuries, illnesses, absences, accidents, etc. to keep teams updated
- Meet standard requests for safety/ security assistance from employees
- Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies
- Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
Minimum Requirements
- Educational level
- Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
- Experience level
- Less than 2 years
