Twizza, a leader in the FMCG industry, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the role of Call Centre Agent based in Johannesburg.

At Twizza, you’ll join a team that excels in Operations and Customer Service, delivering superb service to our sales teams and customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Sales:

  • Handle Incoming Calls and Emails: Assist customers with placing stock orders, answering inquiries, managing complaints, and providing general information.
  • Order Processing: Capture all relevant information accurately on our systems, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

2. Outbound Sales:

  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Utilize your sales skills to promote the full range of Twizza products,working through a national leads database with a strong strike rate.
  • Promotional Calls: Contact customers to inform them of promotions as per the promotional calendar. You may also assist salespeople with call cycles when needed, often at short notice.

3. Customer Service:

  • Delivery Monitoring: Keep customers informed about delivery schedules and any changes that may affect them.
  • Complaint Resolution: Professionally handle customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved effectively and all necessary information is captured.

4. Stakeholder Management:

  • Effective Communication: Communicate any changes or important information to stakeholders promptly, ensuring they are always informed about order changes, special requests, or any other relevant updates.

Minimum requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in Telesales in a highly pressurised Call Centre environment, preferably FMCG
  • Knowledge of Customer service practices and principles.
  • Intermediate experience level in Outlook, Word, Excel & knowledge of CRM databases
  • Advanced data capturing with high level of accuracy, detail and written English skills.
