About the Internship Programme
Experience you will gain:
- Get trained as a Customer Service Agent in a Call Centre environment
- Process Diesel Orders for clients
- Issue Quotations and customer Invoices
- Use modern technology such as MobileApp and Customer Portals
- Resolve logistical and delivery issues
- Attend to customer calls and queries
Minimum Requirements
- You need to reside in dose proximity to Waterfall, Midrand
- Possess at least Matric or a Diploma qualification
- Willing to work 24-hour shifts and during weekends
- Have a personal mobile phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (emails)
- Good attention to detail
