Roofbolter Operator
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the safe installation of underground support for the stabilisation of hanging and side walls to avoid fall of ground.
Requirements
- Grade 12, for all new applicants
- Grade 10/AET Level 4 for all Ex Bokoni-Platinum employees
- Have a valid Roofbolter licence / certificate for machine
- At least minimum of 6 months experience as Roofbolt Operator
- Literacy in English
- Competent B Skills programme
- No limitations to working underground in confined spaces
- Fitness Certificate
- Understanding & application of Health & Safety Principles
Drill Rig Operator
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for operating a mobile mechanised Drill Rig machine in an underground environment
Requirements
- Grade 12, for all new applicants
- Grade 10/AET Level 4 for all Ex Bokoni Platinum Mines employees
- Have a valid Drill Rig licence / certificate for machine
- At least a minimum of 6 months experience as a Drill Rig Operator
- Literacy in English
- Competent B Skills programme
- No limitations to working underground in confined spaces.
- Fitness Certificate
- Understanding & application of Health & Safety Principles
