As a CA (SA) Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management.
This role is ideal for individuals pursuing CA (SA) qualification and offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
Programme Outline
Upon successful completion of the CA Trainee Programme, candidates can expect opportunities for advancement into mid- to senior management within the organization in areas/roles such as:
- ZBB
- Accounts to Report Management

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Honors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
