Key Performance Areas

  • General recruiting administration. Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assisting with background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition, including preparing new joiner mail, scheduling onboarding sessions.

  • Scheduling assessments & debriefs
  • Coordinating logistics for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the coordination of HR activities and programs.

  • Support with monthly reporting
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
  •  Provide general administrative support to the People Experience team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Relevant HR degree/diploma, or relevant equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Administrator role, desirable
  • Experience in a past faced FinTech and Agile environment
  • Experience using the Workday platform
  • Knowledge and experience of MIE and TTS platforms is advantageous.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
