Key Performance Areas
- General recruiting administration. Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assisting with background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition, including preparing new joiner mail, scheduling onboarding sessions.
- Scheduling assessments & debriefs
- Coordinating logistics for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of HR activities and programs.
- Support with monthly reporting
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Experience team as needed.
Qualifications
- Relevant HR degree/diploma, or relevant equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Administrator role, desirable
- Experience in a past faced FinTech and Agile environment
- Experience using the Workday platform
- Knowledge and experience of MIE and TTS platforms is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
