Control Room Operator X9
The main purpose of the job is to maintain the safety and security of SENTECH premises, assets and infrastructure.
The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, operating security systems, and promptly responding to any incidents or alarms.
Qualifications:
● Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
● Grade B PSIRA certification or Law Enforcement Officers Certificate
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
● Computer literacy
Supply Chain Management Officer
The main purpose of the job is to efficiently source competitive quotes from SENTECH’s suppliers, negotiate favourable pricing terms, ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and foster strong supplier relationships.
The Officer: Supply Chain Management (Quotes) contributes to cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- National diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Chief Commercial Officer: Media
Sentech Media Division is looking for Chief Commercial Officer: Media to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Media business unit.
The Chief Commercial Officer will ensure that the business unit is able to meet its objectives and targets in terms of Digital TV, Radio and Digital Media.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent and an honour’s degree where applicable.
●Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Leadership.
Chief Commercial Officer: Satellite
Sentech Satellite Division is looking for Chief Commercial Officer to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Satellite business unit.
The Chief Commercial Officer will drive and enhance SENTECH’s competitiveness, profitability, market expansion and customer satisfaction for the Satellite business unit.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent and an honour’s degree where applicable.
●Master of Science in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Leadership.
Chief Commercial Officer: Managed Infrastructure
Sentech Managed Infrastructure Division is looking for Chief Commercial Officer to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Managed Infrastructure business unit.
The incumbent will ensure that the function is able to meet its objectives and targets in terms of Managed Infrastructure, Data Centres, Towers, Network Performance Management Systems and Physical Security.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent and an honour’s degree where applicable.
●Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Leadership.
Chief Commercial Officer Broadband
Sentech Broadband Division is looking for Chief Commercial Officer Broadband to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Broadband Business Unit.
The Chief Commercial Officer Broadband will drive and enhance SENTECH’s competitiveness, profitability, market expansion and customer satisfaction for the Business Unit.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce or Telecommunications and an honour’s degree where applicable.
●Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Leadership.
