About the Investec CA Programme

The CA Pathfinder exposure programme is part of the Investec Out of the Ordinary recruitment process, where you will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the Investec culture, our CA Programme and the world of banking.
You will also network and build relationships as part of your recruitment journey.
Eligibility
Students in their final year of undergraduate degree, studying towards a CA(SA) at a SAICA-accredited university.

You will be required to submit and upload all the documents listed below. Please ensure you have these available before beginning the application:
- CV
- Copy of ID (front and back if ID card)
- Matric certificate
- Academic transcripts (all studies to date including mid-year results)
- Headshot of yourself
- Work permit (where relevant)

The road map:
| Step 1 – | Apply for the Investec CA Programme 2026 intake between 1 and 30 September 2024 |
| Step 2 – | If shortlisted, you will be eligible to attend the CA Pathfinder exposure programme taking place in February 2025 |
| Step 3 – | You will receive detailed feedback after CA Pathfinder |
| Step 4 – | Should you be shortlisted, you will attend a Business Panel interview in March 2025 |
| Step 5 – | Successful candidates will attend a final interview with our Executives in April 2025 |
