Job Purpose
Your main tasks will involve supporting technical service initiatives, providing assistance under supervision of the Customer Success Manager, and ensuring smooth technical service support to SITA airline customers.

Junior Field Engineer Support Graduate (Cape Town)
- Cape Town, South Africa
SITA Cape Town International Airport is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our South Africa Program within the SITA Global Services function, initially for an 11 month period, with the potential for a permanent role.
Requirements:
- 6 months-2 years of experience in IT support (Desktop, PCs, Printers and Network Devices).
- Should have a working knowledge of Windows10.
- Basic knowledge in networking.
Contract Management Support Graduate
- Johannesburg, South Africa
SITA Johannesburg is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our South African Graduate Program within the Business Management function, initially for an 12-month period, with opportunity to become permanent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or related fields
- Basic legal understanding is good to have but is not compulsory.
- Contract management (drafting, negotiating, risk assessment) background knowledge welcome.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Proposal Management Support Graduate
- Johannesburg, South Africa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal management or a related role, preferably within (industry/sector).
- Experience with proposal management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Proposal Automation Software) is preferred.
