Location: 222 Smit Street, Braamfontein
Stipend: R9 531,54 (Basic salary, no benefits)
Job Purpose
Provide project and administrative support and acty as a Project Coordinator on Public Housing Programmes and projects implemented by the Public Housing Programme directorate within the Department of Human Settlements.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4) plus National Diploma in Town Planning/Civil Engineering/Project
- Management/Construction Management at NQF level 7 or N6 in any built environment (candidate needed in-service training towards completion of his/her studies);
- Enrollment Confirmation letter from institution;
- Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.
Key Performance Areas
- Coordinate and monitor programmes and projects implemented by the Public Housing Programme directorate;
- Procurement strategy, building contracts and tender documents are in compliance and to ensure administrative requirements and procedures associated with the departmental programmes are complied with.
