Officer Security
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Assist in contract security management, ensuring compliance and security risk mitigation. Conduct pro-active patrols, attending to security and safety risk incidents.
Conduct audits and inspections of security operations. Conduct and manage Security Management patrols, act as first responder, identifying threats and escalate to relevant TSAM Security Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF 4 Matric
- Security training and certificates.
- Security A Grade qualified for PSIRA compliance.
- Computer literate.
- Three years police or security experience at Supervisor level.
Artisan Maintenance – Electrical

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- N3 + Trade tested, (MILLWRIGHT).
- Minimum 2-4 years post apprenticeship experience in manufacturing environment (preferable).
- Experience in pneumatics, electro-pneumatics & Hydraulics
- PLC’s and Robotics experience would be a plus
- Must be prepared to work day/night shifts on rotational basis, overtime and standby as and when required.
SHE Specialist
TSAM seeks your expertise to drive environmental compliance, innovation, and sustainability across various critical areas, ensuring we meet both legal requirements and our own high standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant NQF 7 qualifications (BSc/BTech – Chemistry / Natural Sciences / Environmental Science / Chemical/Environmental Engineering)
- Reasons for Essential Qualification: Legal statutory compliance, Job output requirement.
- 8 -10 Years’ experience in Environmental Engineering/Management.
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing will be advantageous.
Manager – Sales
A vacancy exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Johannesburg. This position will focus on KINTO SMME fleet sales and related business development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) BCom /related
- Experience / exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environment (min 2-5 years)
- PC Literacy (MS Office package – advanced, SAP, e-Toyota)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Verbal and written)
- Knowledge of KINTO and Toyota business operations
Contractor – Logistics
A vacancy exists within the New Model Projects and Master data Area to work on the Service Parts Prep Project and is based at the New Parts Distribution Centre in Atlas Road.
This position reports to the NMP & Master data Senior Manager/Manager and will focus on NMP Service Parts Prep Activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF level 6 (360 credits on level 8 framework) – Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain Management or related
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Applicants will be required to demonstrate competence and skills to execute specific key accountabilities as outlined above, with particular emphasis on the development of SOP’s, Testing of Processes, Planning and execution of New Model and/or Continuous Improvement projects.
