The Programme is designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Graduate Program
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area: Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Commerce, Finance, Procurement, or People.
After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company Johannesburg or Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Qualifications & Conditions
Education: A Bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline
Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply
Selection Process
- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal.
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment.
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews.
- Assessment Center:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations.
