Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: Cape Town, ZA
Purpose of the Job: To perform billing, as well as prepare and process non-product debit and credit notes for the frontline ensuring that receivables are correctly stated enabling the ease of collection from customers.
Requirements:
- NQF level 5 (Higher Certificate in Administration or related)
- 3 years’ experience in administrative role
- SAP processing experience
Data Technician
Location: Cape Town, ZA
Purpose of the Job: Provide business and technical support to the Logistics and Distribution group in terms of all logistics systems such as Fuel-Facs (Fuel Accounting Control System), ORTEC scheduling system, Automatic Tank Gauging and SAP Fuel-Facs to ensure continuous business operations across the Supply Chain.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 (Diploma in Technical field, Logistics or IS)
- 3 years Information Systems experience
- Experience in help desk and business support
- Experience in Logistics and Distribution
- Knowledge of Fuel Facs
Senior Fuels Trader
Location: Cape Town, ZA
Purpose of the Job: To manage and ensure regular and economic sourcing & supply of finished bulk product to South Africa and neighbouring countries (BLNS) and develop system plus trading business to optimize on logistics/economics in co-ordination with Enterprise Optimization and Supply.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 (Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant)
- 6 years’ experience in Oil and Gas with minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain environment
- 2 years’ experience in Trading and Supply of crude and/or Petroleum products
Fluidlink Manager
Location: Durban, ZA
Purpose of the Job: To maintain the existing network while growing new Fluidlink services to new customers through developing strategies and initiatives that will contribute to the delivery of Lubricants in meeting the current and future customer so at ensure that the Fluidlink APM is recognised as a key service differentiator for sustainability of our Lubricants business but growth in heavy industry in South Africa and the business unit remains technologically relevant in the markets whilst exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 (Degree in Engineering)
- 8 years’ experience managing FluidLink sites or in a mechanical role within heavy industry.
- 3 years’ People Management experience
Network Developer
Location: Johannesburg, ZA
Purpose of the Job: Proactively looking for means & opportunities to secure the Engen Property network.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in commercial negotiations or project management related
experience with five of these linked to the petroleum or similar sector - NQF level 7 (Degree/Advanced Diploma in Commerce, Law or related field or 15
years of relevant experience (Commercial property development, commercial
negotiations, contract management and procurement in relevant industries) - Deep knowledge of finance, budgeting forecasting, contracting and business analysis technique
