General Worker
PURPOSE
- The positions exist to assist in the general activities on site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a Tailings environment
- Proof of residence – not older than three months
- Certified copy of ID
SHEQ Officer
PURPOSE
The aim is to oversee SITE SHEQ responsibilities on site and the SHEQ administration within the division.
The main purpose of the role to prevent incidents, accidents , work related incidents and ensure development, maintenance of high SHEQ standards and drive compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- COMSOC 1 * COMSOC 2
- SAMTRAC
- Diploma in Health and Safety would be an advantage
EXPERIENCE
- Relevant 5 years SHEQ in Mining / Construction
Multi Skilled Operator X2
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- MQA Accredited certificates (Grader, ADT, Excavator & FEL)
- Code 10 driver’s license
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years operating experience in a tailings or similar environment
Superintendent
PURPOSE
The role of the superintendent is to perform a technical and supervision of a tailings projects, ensuring the setting out of the site, applying relevant designs and plans, resources management, project progress monitoring, as well as liaising with sub-contractors and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- BTech in Civil Engineering/ or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a tailing’s management environment.
- Ideally two years’ production supervision capacity.
