Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for handling telephonic inquiries, about registration from internal staff members, current students, prospective students as well as the general public.
Key Duties
Main responsibilities will include assisting callers with information on entrance requirements, programs available, and status checks as well as assisting with online acceptance of offers.
Referring clients and queries to College Offices or Student Fees, etc if requests fall outside the boundaries of this Office.
Minimum requirements
- Current Final Year/Current Postgraduate UKZN students
- Good academic standing
- Knowledge of University processes and structures
- Telephone etiquette
- Problem Solving & Analyzing Information
Preferably some experience in call centre work and working knowledge of MS Office package including MS Teams.
