Data Capturer X3 posts
Closing Date: 18 September 2024
These positions are to be based in Cape Town, Western Cape and will require daily travel throughout the province as well as occasional travel to the head office in Parktown, Johannesburg.
Overtime/weekends hours and overnight trips will be required as will working in rural areas and/or under-resourced facilities. This is a fixed term position from 01 November 2024 to 30 April 2024.
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s research work experience enrolling and interviewing research participants in a medical environment
- Matric certificate required, diploma and/or degree are desirable.
- Fluent in English, siXhosa and Afrikaans; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of the health facilities and data systems
Quality Assurance Officer
Closing Date: 17 September 2024
Main purpose of the job: Ensure QA and QC activities performed effectively across studies where trends identified, coordinate relevant staff training
Required minimum education and training
- 3-year diploma or degree in a health-related field
Administrator (Fleet) X3 posts
Closing Date: 23 September 2024
Main purpose of the job: To provide operational support to management and the entire organization in administration and servicing vehicles according to operating procedures for the effective and efficient management of fleet.
Required minimum education and training
- Three-year post-matric relevant qualification
- Valid unendorsed South African driver’s license (Code 10).
- Qualification in Fleet Management, Operations, and logistics
Research Assistant (12 months contract)
Closing Date: 25 September 2024
Main purpose of the job: The Research Assistant will facilitate and aid in the recruitment and follow-up
of study participants which will require them to work flexibly to ensure the successful working of studies.
They will also act as a patient advocate providing support and assistance as required and assist in the co-ordination and management of a portfolio of clinical research studies.
Required minimum education and training
- Honour’s degree in Science, Public Health, Economics, Social Science, Development Studies, Social Development Studies desirable
Community Health Worker
Closing Date: 20 September 2024
Main purpose of the job: To collect and capture data accurately; deliver intervention material; provide administrative tasks and overall research support.
Required minimum education and training
- Grade 12/ Matric
