Transit Shed Agent
Purpose: To ensure correct shelving, dispatching, sorting and bagging of Station / Service Centre material according to GSOP and also to draw up the relevant documents, preparation and lodging of RIB shipments.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in the courier industry
- Customs knowledge / experience
- Matric
- Valid driver’s licence code 8 or 10
- PC Literacy
- Internal DHL CIS Mandatory Training
HR Operations Coordinator
Purpose: Responsible for the delivery of HR services, products and systems. Work in liaison with business partners, managers and employees as well as external organizations as required.
Focused on improving service delivery quality by streamlining processes and services whilst achieving a cost effective position.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience in administration or entry level HR role
- 2 years + experience in logistics industry
- Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel etc)
- Knowledge of labor law (desirable)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural team in a multi-national environment
- Graduate degree qualification (desirable)
- HR certification (desirable)
Contact Centre Supervisor
Purpose: To monitor the Service Desk teams response to customer and DHL Network emails within agreed standards. Monitor the processing of account payments within agreed standards.
To assist the Contact Centre Manager to achieve targets for service level, cost management and revenue generation.
To maximize the revenue of every potential customer interaction. To monitor email and chat systems ensuring all relevant service level agreements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Diploma or degree in equivalent qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in contact centre environment
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Good knowledge of DHL Systems
