A successful Process Design Graduate is a self-starter that has a passion for solving problems and creating solutions for customers. They have growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
They work well within a team and are able to manage their own time and work deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- A BSc, BEng or BEng Tech in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Tech Operations Management, or is busy studying and plans to obtain this by end of 2024`
Customer Design Graduate
Design Graduates will get exposure into working within well-established teams to solve design problems. Design Graduates will learn how to contribute to product and service teams by solving specific functional-level design problems.
Design Graduates will learn how to follow the established standards in their discipline.
Design Graduates have a passion for one or more of the core design disciplines (user experience design, user interface design, service design, customer research, prototype engineering and content strategy) and continually grow by contributing to one project at a time.
A successful Design Graduates is a self-starter that has a passion for solving problems and creating solutions for customers.
They have growth mindset and a willingness to learn. They work well within a team and are able to manage their own time and work deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- Has NQF level 7 or higher or is busy studying and plan to obtain this by end of 2024
Business Analyst Graduate
A successful Business Analyst is a self-starter that has a passion for solving business problems. They have growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
They work well within a team and are able to manage their own time and work deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- Has NQF level 7 or higher or is busy studying and plan to obtain this by end of 2024
