Vacancies available
Security Practitioner – Lichtenburg
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- PSIRA registered training security grade A
- Training in camera installations
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in camera installation, set-up and maintenance
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in security management and asset protection
- Experience in network setup and configuration.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
Works Manager – Mpumalanga
Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Tertiary qualification, Diploma/Degree in Mining/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is a requirement.
- Five (5) years working experience in a mining/quarry environment in a management role, responsible for production efficiencies, operational costs and people management.
Environmental Practitioner – Lichtenburg
Experience and Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Environmental or Natural Sciences/Degree in Environmental Management
- Five years’ experience in a mining or industrial/manufacturing environment
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Must be declared medically fit after medical examination.
Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of Environmental Law; Environmental auditing; Environmental management systems; Risk management, Mine Health & Safety Act.
Business Unit HR Manager
Qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience required:
- A 4 Year Qualification in Industrial Psychology or HR Management
- Ten years’ experience in a mining and/or manufacturing environment, including:
- 5 years within a Business Partnering/ HR Generalist role
- 5 years within a Management Role in the Human Capital discipline in a large corporate environment
- Sound knowledge of legislation
Depot Supervisor – Eastern Cape
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 and Forklift Driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a product handling/warehouse environment
- Good knowledge of depot traffic movements and logistics regarding efficiency and safety requirements
- Good knowledge of bagged cement off/on loading techniques
- Good knowledge of bulk cement product handling regarding rail and transporter tankers and cement silos
- Good knowledge of shunting requirements
- Good knowledge of weighbridge operating standards
- Forklift driving proficiency
