Requirements
- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position, experience in the Mining environment.
Qualifications
- Higher Certificates and Advanced National Cert Higher Certificates and Advanced National Vocational Certificates Business, Commerce and Management Studies
Key Responsiblities
Achieves quality and quantity outputs through the utilization of Human Resources by effective planning, adhering to time frames, writing and submitting reports, performing investigations.
Employee relations, staffing as well as recruitment, selection and placement.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and crossfunctionally.
Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan.
Maintain and comply with SHE standards within the work environment. • Participate in risk assessments and investigate and take appropriate action as per identified risks.
