Condition Monitoring Technician
Key duties
- Perform Condition Monitoring support service to meet maintenance objectives safely and efficiently. Review and adjustment of predictive maintenance activities and development of predictive maintenance measures.
- Appropriate setup and optimization of predictive maintenance routines.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in heavy engineering.
- Minimum N4 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- S4/N6 Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be advantageous.
- Trade Tested Artisan Fitter or Millwright.
Process Engineer
Key duties
- Development of selected process engineering solutions to appropriate level of detail for capital expenditure (capex) application.
- Ensure control and management of key process deliverables i.e. P&IDs.
- Actively involved with the identification and selection of suitable process engineering solutions for projects during the project planning phase.
Qualifications
- BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering
- Registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or eligible.
- 3 to 7 years’ relevant experience in the pulp & paper, petroleum, water, sugar, energy, mining or related industries.
Production Supervisor
Key duties
- Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met at all times.
- Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan.
- Supervise and direct the Production teams.
- Ensure relevant and cost effective Production team actions.
Qualifications
- Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
- Relevant Trade Test.
- National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline.
- National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous.
- 5 years experience in a heavy industry environment.
Packaging Dispatch Lead
Key duties
- Manage and monitor departmental health, safety, environmental and quality aspects.
- Ensuring sound and effective financial management.
- Building solid customer and supplier relationships.
- Developing operational dispatch plans aligned to strategic objectives of the Finishing BU.
- Display a passion for performance, maintain and improve practices and systems to realize organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations / Production qualification.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in logistics in a specialist, supervisor or senior role with specific reference to the related leadership competencies within a heavy manufacturing environment in the Pulp and Paper industry.
