Stores Person

Job Summary:

To receive and issue stock and non-stock items, and perform stock taking including housekeeping.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

• Grade 12 Essential
• Mathematics or Maths Literacy Desirable
• Computer literacy Desirable
• Minimum 1 years’ stores or related role experience (Essential)

Operator Stores Inventory X3 posts 

Job Summary:

To ensure correct receiving and issuing of stock and non-stock, perform stock cycle counts, and comply with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) regulations.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

•Grade 12
•Certificate or Diploma in Stock Control
•Forklift license.
•1 – 2 years’ experience in a stores environment with specific exposure to receipting and issuing of stock

Operator Logistics

Purpose:

To safely pack and stack product, substrate, stock items and final product, and to operate, forklift, guillotines, shredders and compactors.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

•Grade 12
•Forklift Driver’s License (Essential)
•Guillotine Operators Certificate (Desirable)
•Compactor Operators (Desirable)
•1 – 2 years’ experience within a warehousing environment and forklift driving will be added advantage

Accountant: Project & Manufacturing Cost

Job Summary:

To provide in-depth financial support, guidance and thought leadership to the South African Bank Note Company (SABN) regarding project financial management and manufacturing cost accounting.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

• BCom Honours or relevant B-Degree Honours in Accounting or Management Accounting (or equivalent)
• CIMA registration or Charted Accountant
• A minimum of 4 – 6 years of financial experience, of which 2 years must be in a management level role (Essential).
• Knowledge of the printing industry (added advantage).

Manager Logistics

Purpose

Monitor all security printing products entering and leaving the South African Bank Note Company (SABN). Implement the strategic initiatives for Logistics Department in respect of inbound and outbound logistics, product control, product security, waste disposal, material demand control and warehousing to ensure availability of materials and consumables.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

• B Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management of which 3 years in Management role with relevant experience in Product Security or Cash in Transit Environment.

Project Engineer

Purpose

The project Engineer will establish and lead company wide, projects and engineering initiatives, advising business on all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and ensuring the project remains within budget, scope and agreed timelines.

The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

• A Degree in either BEng or BSc or BTech in Engineering coupled with Project Management Qualification (PMP or Prince2)
• Registered with SACPCMP and/or ECSA.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience with a proven track record in managing medium to large sized construction and engineering projects.
