Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator x2 posts

Job Purpose:
To monitor and ensure high quality and timely inputs, and to ensure that the project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a costeffective and timely manner.
Qualification(s):
- Grade 12 (matric plus Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in the relevant field)
Health and Safety Agent
Assumption of duty: As soon as possible.
Salary: Remuneration is commensurate with the seniority of the position

The Construction Health and Safety Agent (CHSA) will be responsible for the Management of Construction Health and Safety for all the UNISA permit projects from Stage 1: to Stage 6.
This is a fixed-term position for the period of the various projects.
Qualification(s):
- A relevant Post Graduate qualification in the Built Environment, Environmental Management or Safety Management field
- Professional registration with the SACPCMP as a Construction Health and Safety Agent
Contract Specialist

Job Purpose
To manage, coordinate and administer contracts with suppliers and provide contract management services to the facilities department. This is a fixed-term position for the specific project period.
Qualification(s):
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (Supply chain, Built Environment or Legal qualification)
Project Controls Manager

Job Purpose: To oversee the construction and design of existing buildings, improving the structural integrity of existing buildings and ensuring that Unisa’s physical infrastructure is safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed.

- Minimum B.Tech., B.Sc. B.Eng.
- Professionally registered with ECSA either Pr. Tech. or Pr. Eng.
Control and Instrumentation Engineer
Assumption of duty: As soon as possible.
Salary: Remuneration is commensurate with the seniority of the position

Job Purpose: To design, develop, install, manage and maintain equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery, and processes e.g. Building management system (BMS)
and fire systems.
This is a fixed-term position for the period of the various projects.
Qualification(s):
- Minimum three (3) year post-matric qualification Electronic / Electrical Engineering (B.Tech., B.Sc. B.Eng.)
- Professionally registered with ECSA either Pr. Tech. or Pr. Eng.
