Purpose of the role

Data Engineer Squad Lead
Purpose of the role
// The Data Engineer will be responsible for engineering a DataLake, data management systems and data analytics activities within the South Africa RC Supply Mission.
Accountabilities include managing team databases, developing data management systems, securing data quality and integrity, data analysis and developing visualization tools. Leads specific projects within the Data Squad, cross-functionally working with peer squads. Part of Global Data analytics network
Regulatory Science Manager
Purpose of the role
// Coordinate and manage regulatory activities of all portfolios in country by following effectively the local Regulatory Science and Compliance activities.
// Drive activities regarding the maintenance, defense and re-registration of existing BCS´s products in country.

Purpose of the role
// The Agronomist is to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Agronomist and Customer Facing Squads (CFS) in the seed and crop protection Ideations, ensuring the successful execution and localization of new technologies and products, as well as maintaining high standards of safety, stewardship, and data management.
Agronomy Excellence Digital Strategy Developer
Purpose of the role
// Accountable for the implementation of digital pre-commercial platforms targeting Agronomy Excellence, Sales and farmers throughout South Africa.
// Drive digitalization efforts in data visualization, tool deployment, and data governance – working closely with scientists and analytics teams to deliver data management and tools deployment throughout the entire Agronomy Excellence workflow.
// Support DFS development in Africa – Act as liaison between Agronomic Excellence, DFS and Commercial
// Operational Manager of the Agronomy Excellence squad with a key focus on data visualisation and digital tool implementation
// Be the champion of digital tools within Agronomy Excellence and responsible for training broader Customer Facing Squad members and Agronomic Excellence

Purpose of the role
// Key point of contact between Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Professionals in the Primary and Secondary Clinics and Hospitals in the State Sector, working strategically to increase Bayer product awareness and usage.

Value Creation Specialist Eastern Row Crop Production Area
Purpose of the role
// Value Creation specialist utilizes their expertise in Seed, CP and Digital combined with field research and agronomic sciences to provide technical and sales support to a select geography and crop.
// This includes execution of the field-testing program which utilizes Research and Development protocols to support key business drivers for all facets of the country or region -including Biologicals, Crop, seed and Climate digital tools.
// The Value creation specialist is also responsible for knowledge transfer, demonstration and education of the products and system recommendation and most importantly be able to identify farmers needs and recommend best practises and possible solutions.
