Job Purpose

Sappi is offering a one-year internship for a recent B Com Human Resource Management graduate to gain real-world experience in a wide range of Human Resources functions. 

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the job:

• – Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees.
• – Participate in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for vacancies.
• – Perform HR administration.
• – Resolve human resources related enquiries brought by employees.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

• – Grade 12/Matric qualification
• – Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
• – No prior experience required
• – Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
