Based at the Centurion Head Office, you will work closely with our expert supply chain team, gaining hands-on experience.

Job Purpose
The Supply Chain intern will be responsible for assisting supply chain team in meeting both departmental and corporate objectives.
This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities, including reporting, analytics, purchase order creation and maintenance, pricing negotiations, and supplier management.
Qualifications
To be considered for participation in the programme, the applicant must:
- Grade 12/ NQF 4 level Certificate
- National Diploma /B Degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement, Purchasing /Management or Logistics or Cost or Management Accounting/ BCom Finance
- Computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Records management and related duties.
- Participate and contribute to Sourcing Events (RFx) and related work.
- Participate and contribute to contract management work
- Coordinate SCM reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, and all internal stakeholders
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and operational efficiencies.
- Provide general administrative support to the SCM department, including documentation, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Participate and contribute to B-BBEE and Enterprise & Supplier Development work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
