Applications for the 2025 Summer Internship programme open on Monday 7 October 2024 and close on Sunday 13 October 2024 (subject to volume of applications).
This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial services, working alongside a team that appreciates diverse perspectives and encourages fresh thinking.
About the Programme

As an intern you will be given real responsibilities and have an opportunity to contribute and deliver to whichever team you join.

Who Should Apply?
If you are in your penultimate or final year of study, the Investec Summer Internship Programme allows you to gain valuable experience in a distinctive financial services organisation.
We are genuinely interested in our people and reward fresh ideas. Many of our interns have been allowed to re-join our business in an early career role.
We know the best ideas come from having teams with different backgrounds so we are open to applicants studying any degree subject if you’re curious, energetic and keen to join us.
Opportunities are available throughout our business (not just in finance) as long as you can demonstrate a passion for your chosen team.
This can be your first experience within our industry and you don’t have to have completed an internship before.
How to Apply
First, you submit your CV on our application portal, when vacancies open on Monday 7 October 2024. If shortlisted, you will then receive a link to complete a video application. Apply for the Summer Internship programme.
Selected candidates are then invited to an interview with the Early Careers Lead followed by a panel interview with the respective team you have chosen to join.
If you’re successful and accept the offer, you’ll be placed in a team or teams for the internship, and begin the eight week internship in July 2025.
