Job Purpose

The JSE is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and organized recent graduate to join our CEO’s Office as a Graduate employee.

This unique opportunity will provide the grad with insight into the strategic decision-making processes at the highest level of the organization.

This individual will play a key role in supporting various projects and initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to the business operations and leadership.

Key Duties

  • Manage stakeholder communication from the CEO’s office.
  • Draft communication, speeches, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Support in developing briefing notes, and coordinate external engagements as needed.
  • Provide the CEO with feedback from various workstreams being led throughout the business.
  • Undertake research on key topics relevant to the CEO’s office.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Business Management, or related fields.

Knowlwdge and Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
