Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Code C Driving License.
- Professional Driving Permit.
- No Experience Required.

Key Duties
Drive Clients (Chauffeur or Shuttle Service):
- Timeously collect and transport clients to and from their various destinations safely.
- Manage time by planning and executing the fastest route to client’s destination.
- Communicate changes to planned route.
- Apply road-safety standards during trips.
- Keep ambient temperature during trips.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner.
Deliver items
- Deliver items like documents, mail, cars etc. to g-FleeT stakeholders and clients.
- Keep record of deliveries.
Provide safe driving to clients:
- Apply defensive driving techniques.
- Heighten awareness and apply hijack avoidance techniques.
- Apply fire safety knowledge (Basic First Aid, Fire Extinguishing, etc.). Understand maps (e.g., Google Maps).
Provide Frontline Customer Service:
- Respect clients.
- Put clients at ease.
- Keep a neat and tidy presentation.
- Assist chauffeured client with luggage at their destination.
- Provide information to clients with regards to estimated time of arrival.
- Respond to client queries in a polite and honest manner.
- Be an ambassador and promote g-FleeT’s services and brand.
Record Trips:
- Keep an updated vehicle logbook.
- Sign off trips once completed.
Apply proper document management practice:
- Accurately complete requisition forms.
- Accurately complete accident/damage/losses forms.
Upkeep vehicles:
- Ensure vehicles are clean and that they have enough fuel prior to undertaking a trip.
- Report any vehicle issue(s) that may negatively affect providing the service to clients.
- Follow-up on license disk renewal and validity.
- Ensure that service schedules of vehicles adhered to and affected timeously.
