Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa

The Revlon Graduate Program is a 12-month rotational development program within the Human Resources Department.

Job Purpose

To provide a comprehensive introduction to working within a robust HR, Operations & Commercial environment.

Develop functional and cross functional capability collaborative interaction. Exposure to multiple functions to develop capacity in a key function.

Qualifications

•B Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial-Organizational Psychology

•Post graduate qualification in HR Management will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills

  • •A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • •The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
  • •An interest in working with people
  • •Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations

  • •The ability to work as part of a team
  • •The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • •Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Must be computer literate Key Responsibilities

  • •Referring issues to senior HR staff
  • •Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
  • •Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with candidates and line management
  • •Coordinating prospective candidates’ interviews, initial screening
  • •Conducting inductions of new staff and termination checks for exiting staff
  • •Inputting into the monthly payroll

  • •Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • •Advocate and provide support for the implementation of learning and development interventions within the branch level
  • •Custodianship of all HR policies, procedures, practices and principles at entity and functional level.
  • •Effectively driving the HR strategy across the HR value chain and ensuring alignment to organizational strategy
