About the Internship Programme
The programme is a total of two (2) years long. During your first year, you will follow a rotation programme within our Group of Companies, and thereafter you will receive training and exposure in a specific function/department based on your individual interests and skills.
As a Route Management Intern, you will rotate between the different departments within our Group of Companies.
This rotation program is specifically designed for each intern based on their individual interests and skills and aims to expose you to a variety of career paths and practical work experiences.
Furthermore, our interns also receive theoretical training which aims to foster individual growth and learning, and ultimately produce a holistic employee in the workplace.
At the end of your internship, you will then be eligible for permanent employment opportunities within our company.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Current Grade 12 learners can apply by submitting their latest Grade 12 results);
- Mathematics and Accounting advantageous;
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 22;
- Good communication & language skills;
- Strong numerical ability;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Energetic and willing to learn.
About the Route Management Internship Programme
The Route Management Internship Programme provides non-graduates between the ages of 18 and 22 with the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a variety of career fields.
Our interns follow a rotation program that allows them to spend time working in, and observing, different business functions. Departments may vary from group to group and/or city to city, but typically includes the following functions:
• Administration
• Human Resources
• Finances
• Debtors and Creditors
• Imports and Exports
• Health and Safety
• General business support functions
