Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Job Purpose
To distribute information about Companies’ products to general practitioners, dermatologists, paediatricians, pharmacists, and pharmacist assistants. With the objective of increasing market share and increasing sales revenue.
Qualification
- Successful completion of a science degree or other relevant tertiary qualification
Key Job Outputs
- Consistently achieve National and Individual Sales Objectives
- Successful implementation of marketing and sales strategies
- Reporting diligently as and when required by Line Manager
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
- Use IQVIA and internal sales date to drive script line and sales growth
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers & decision makers
- Respond adequately & professionally to customer complaints & queries
- Diligent delivery on all administrative responsibilities
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards as defined by the marketing code of practice (MCP) and Adcock Ingram’s code of ethics
- Customer relationship management and database management
- Utilise Repwise to record all customer visits as per training
- Attend all meetings required by the company
- Maintain general knowledge across all disease areas and products on line up
